We develop and manufacture customised components in stainless powder metal, in particular high-quality grades that are guaranteed fully stainless, impermeable and suitable for welding. At the same time, the material has similar strength to that of solid stainless steel.
The process involves pressing the stainless powder into a pre-defined geometry. During the subsequent high-temperature sintering process, the component obtains its final shape and strength. Furthermore, the special sintering process ensures a number of advantages as described above.
