Sintex® MIM - Metal Injection Moulding

Sintex a/s is able to offer state-of-the-art technology within the field of powder metallurgy – Metal Injection Moulding (MIM).

This technology combines the material properties of powder metallurgy with the design possibilities offered by plastic injection moulding and enables more complex components to be manufactured than with traditional powder metallurgy. In several cases it is thus possible to produce metal components that are technically impossible
to produce by means of other processes.

 

MIM components can be manufactured in a number of different stainless steel material qualities. At Sintex a/s we are happy to provide advice and guidance concerning the selection of materials and the design possibilities.
