Since it was established in 1997, Sintex a/s has been a business enterprise in which good customer relations and satisfied employees go hand in hand. We continue to invest in new technology and to implement a constant stream of improvements as a matter of course in day-to-day routines. In this way we can streamline production so that our customers are able to have their needs fulfilled in the shortest possible timeframe at the highest level of quality.

An open and trustworthy cooperation is – and always has been – the key to our relations with customers and employees. This has been the case right from Sintex a/s’ origins as an entrepreneurial company up to the successful,high-tech enterprise it is today. We draw up multiyear strategic plans and use them actively in our daily work to realise the goals that have been communicated to all employees. Along with an organisation in which we employ a value and team-based management style, this helps to generate results and to maintain the integrity of the business.

The Lean approach is not just a formal, demarcated project at Sintex a/s. We continually commission activities designed to trim both our internal and external processes. At the same time, we provide regular education and training of our employees so that they are always in a position to meet any challenges that they may face.

Being a high-tech enterprise requires both well-qualified and highly motivated employees, and great vigilance in relation to the challenges that lie ahead. We are thus
highly aware of the importance of globalisation. Our suppliers, for example, are placed throughout most of the world and we also experience a greater degree of mobility amongst our customers. This means new challenges, which we are quite happy to face, since meeting these challenges helps to create better results, better products and new ideas. Furthermore, challenges engender creative solutions and thereby also more interesting and meaningful jobs – and an even greater degree of job satisfaction.
